You’ll have access to the system until the next billing date. We are unable to pro-rate payments or offer refunds.

Each month, we will run a report that tells us how many active employees you have in the system. We will base billing on this number. We HIGHLY recommend removing users from the system on the day they leave your practice to avoid paying for terminated employees. We are unable to offer refunds from charges
