My employee can’t remember their username/password, how do I reset?
There are two ways a password can be reset:
- The employee can click Forgot Password on the login page. The system will send them an email to reset their password. Be sure they check their junk or spam folder for this email!
- You can reset the password for them.
- Click the hamburger symbol, then Admin, then Users
- Search for the employee using any of the relevant criteria, or just click Search for a list of all employees.
- Click the down arrow at the right side of the page for the employee in question
- Click Change Password
- You can choose whether to send them a forgot password email, or define a temporary password that you relay to the employee
- Click OK.
