The LearningVet platform was created to help you better communicate goals, performance, and progress with your team. If the team is not completing their objectives, we highly recommend having check-in conversations to determine the barriers and discuss how to make the goals more attainable. If an employee is simply not trying to achieve their goals, then a conversation about their dedication to growth and success should occur, at which a discussion about whether they are in the right position or hospital can also happen.
